Regional Trade Marketing Specialist - West Coast

Job Summary
Execute Electrolit's shopper and trade marketing programs across the West Coast, ensuring alignment with national strategy and driving product visibility. Provide field and account teams with promotional resources, trade assets, and sales materials while managing the assigned budget. Collaborate with sales, retailers, and distributors to build strong relationships, resolve obstacles like display gaps, and strengthen market presence. Visit stores to coach sales teams on merchandising standards and maintain execution quality. Regularly review display and execution data in Repsly to assess program compliance and effectiveness, providing timely updates on performance and risks. Track program results, report on competitive activity, and support incentive programs and local tradeshows. Gather field feedback to improve future strategies. This field-based role requires regular travel, occasional evening or weekend work, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs of displays and materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, sales support, or retail activation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within assigned region
- Ability to lift and carry retail displays, POS materials, and product cases (up to ~30 lbs)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate stores for extended periods
- Frequent use of a mobile device for reporting, photos, and communication
- Occasional setup and breakdown of retail or promotional displays
- Occasional evening or weekend work depending on promotional events or retail needs
- Ability to transport displays, POS materials, and product as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or retail accounts preferred
- Experience in beverage, CPG, or fast-moving consumer goods highly preferred
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting mobile execution data and photo audits, with Repsly strongly preferred
