Regional Trade Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary
Lead EMEA global trade compliance and serve as the primary Ethics & Compliance partner for KLA's Israel operations. Manage regional export licensing programs, oversee EU, UK, and Israel regulatory developments, and conduct internal investigations into compliance concerns. Research local trade regulations, liaise with Customs Authorities, and deliver tailored ethics training to the Israel workforce. Drive continuous improvement in trade compliance processes, perform import/export audits, and report key metrics to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional corporate initiatives and ensure adherence to annual GTC objectives. Based in Israel with reporting to the US-based Director of Global Trade Compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of EU trade regulations
- demonstrated work experience with Israel import/export regulations
- 7-10 years of Global Trade Compliance experience
- ethics & compliance experience
- BS or BA degree
- Proficiency using regional licensing portals
- Proficiency using SAP/GTS systems
- Proficiency using MS office tools
- Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
- high attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal direction
- Previous experience managing programs
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficient in English
- one EU language

- Experience with, or strong aptitude for, ethics & compliance matters — including investigations, training, and conflicts of interest
- Work experience in a semiconductor or high technology industry
- Flexibility with changing priorities, as well as shifting regulatory and customer conditions
- Motivated self-starter; strong influencing and collaborating skills
