Regional Trade Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary
Lead the EMEA regional global trade compliance program by supervising EU, UK, and Israel regulatory developments and managing the export licensing process. Research local trade regulations, oversee import/export classification efforts, and liaise with Customs Authorities and governmental agencies. Conduct internal audits, drive remedial actions, and deliver training to regional teams while ensuring accurate reporting of compliance metrics. Serve as the primary Ethics & Compliance partner for Israel operations by conducting internal investigations, managing conflicts of interest, and delivering tailored training. Manage cross-functional initiatives and report directly to the Director of Global Trade Compliance. Based in Israel with a competitive total rewards package.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of EU trade regulations
- demonstrated work experience with Israel import/export regulations
- 7-10 years of Global Trade Compliance experience
- ethics & compliance experience
- BS or BA degree
- Proficiency using regional licensing portals
- Proficiency using SAP/GTS systems
- Proficiency using MS office tools
- Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
- high attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal direction
- Previous experience managing programs
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficient in English
- one EU language required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with, or strong aptitude for, ethics & compliance matters — including investigations, training, and conflicts of interest
- Work experience in a semiconductor or high technology industry
- Flexibility with changing priorities, as well as shifting regulatory and customer conditions
- Motivated self-starter; strong influencing and collaborating skills
- proficiency in Hebrew a plus
