Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of benefits and compensation strategies for the EMEA region, balancing global frameworks with country contexts to influence employee wellbeing and organizational success. Develop country benefits strategies, manage compliance, renewal, and communication for health, leave, and financial plans with global brokers. Guide strategic assessment of regional compensation structures, maintain base pay systems, and monitor pay equity and transparency. Partner with regional operations and people-experience teams to advance global wellbeing initiatives and a connected internal culture. Conduct ad-hoc benchmark analyses and collaborate with people systems teams to align corporate data with regional requirements. Bring proven Total Rewards program experience across compensation, benefits, or wellbeing, plus strong cross-functional collaboration and autonomous program-management skills, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. High emphasis on data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance program delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Five or more years of dedicated experience specializing in multi-national compensation or benefits programs
- Proven experience managing or supporting Total Rewards programs across compensation, benefits, or employee wellbeing
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including PX Business Partners, payroll, finance, and global stakeholders
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities with autonomous work style in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
