Job Summary
Regional Total Rewards Leader for IMEA responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, partnering with the Global Total Rewards COE, guiding transformation initiatives, communicating program changes, educating HRBPs and managers, conducting market research and benchmarking, tailoring strategies to India, Middle East and Africa markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with vendors to administer wellbeing and benefits initiatives; ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven communicator with strong project management and stakeholder management skills, based in Pune with hybrid work options and willing to travel ~20% to US and IMEA locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in total rewards
- Fluent in English and Marathi
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Experience in a global company or total rewards consulting (preferred)
- Master’s degree preferred (optional)
- Workday HCM familiarity (preferred)
