Job Summary
Conduct real estate closings in person and via Remote Online Notarization while traveling throughout the region to brokerages and lender offices. Maintain existing relationships and cultivate new business across Central Maine to grow market share, serving as the client's point of contact for title status and curative actions. Schedule closings and act as the closing officer and notary on closing day, supported by your team. This role requires a Maine and New Hampshire Notary license and reliable transportation for regional travel. Compensation includes a base salary of $35,000–$45,000 plus uncapped commission, with a $3,000 monthly guaranteed minimum for the first three months.
