Job Summary
Conduct real estate closings in person and via Remote Online Notarization, serving as the closing officer and notary while sitting across the table with your team. Maintain existing relationships and cultivate new business with agents and lenders to grow market share across Central Maine. Travel throughout the region to real estate and lender offices, acting as the primary point of contact for title status and curative actions. Schedule closings and deliver first-class customer service from contract to closing. Requires a Maine and New Hampshire Notary license, reliable transportation for regional travel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Base salary ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 with uncapped commission, including a $3,000 monthly guaranteed minimum for the first three months.
