Job Summary
Interpret, communicate, and promote the Y mission to employees, volunteers, members, and the community. Develop and implement high-quality teen programs and events, including Leaders' Club, Y Achievers, and summer programming, while ensuring adherence to YUSA standards. Build rapport with participants, families, and staff to enhance services, and establish emergency procedures conforming to site and authority requirements. Manage the budget through forecasting and analysis, and supervise part-time staff regarding hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation. Support data collection by maintaining accurate records and completing reports timely.
Required Qualifications

- minimum of two years of experience with youth/teen programs
- high school degree or equivalent
- Relationship-building abilities
- ability to connect and build trust with youth and teens, colleagues, and community partners
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- previous budgeting experience
- computer proficiency
- The ability to plan, develop, organize, manage, prioritize, and administer tasks
