Job Summary
Regional Technology Support Specialist – South: provide desk-side and 2nd line IT support across Nuffield Health sites within the designated region, manage end-user computing platforms, assist in project deployments, resolve incidents and service requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requires ITIL-based service experience, Windows 7-10 proficiency, and Microsoft Cloud knowledge; strong communication and regional support capabilities are essential.
