Job Summary
Regional Technician will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Certarus equipment at CNG filling stations and customer sites, supporting gas-distribution operations. Responsibilities include setup and breakdown of pressure reduction equipment, troubleshooting regulators, valves, instrumentation and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government safety and regulatory standards, and providing technical assistance to customers. Requires 3–5 years of experience in a technician field role, an AS degree in Electrical or Instrumentation (asset), strong communication and customer service, and related certifications (CDL Hazmat asset). The role involves travel to Certarus hubs and customer sites, with a full-time schedule and on-site remote option. Certifications and English proficiency are required. Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a technician field role
- Associates of Applied Science in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field is an asset
- Troubleshooting experience with regulators, valves, instrumentation and electrical is an asset or experience in gas processing equipment including production, field gas or gas compression
- Positive attitude with excellent communication & customer service skills
- Class A CDL with Hazmat is an asset
- Candidates must be able to communicate in English
