Job Summary
Conduct daily field training, evaluation, and reporting for Residential, Commercial, Termite, and Sentricon service professionals across assigned service centers. Perform quarterly service center inspections, vehicle checks, and paperwork reviews while overseeing new product evaluations and safety compliance. Train new employees to pass state exams and advise staff on federal and state regulatory changes. Maintain state certifications and communicate activity synopses, schedules, and inspection results to the Director of Technical Services daily or weekly. Travel daily to service centers with overnight assignments as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain state Certified Operator status
- Maintain state Certified Instructor status
- Maintain other state certifications/registrations as necessary
- Pass necessary state exams
- Travel daily to service centers
- Overnight travel
- Perform Pre-employment Drug Screens
- Pass Background Checks
