Job Summary
The Regional Technical Training and Development Manager designs, implements, and manages training programs aimed at enhancing the technical skills and safety practices of Field Leaders. Responsibilities include developing training materials, driving CET certification processes, overseeing apprenticeship programs, conducting hands-on and classroom training, evaluating performance, promoting safety compliance, and collaborating with managers to identify training needs. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 10 years in the elevator industry, and strong technical knowledge of elevator systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry
- Previous experience in a training or supervisory role
Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree or certifications in elevator technology or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
