Job Summary
Regional Technical Sales Support for Biofunctionals in the EMEA region, acting as technical expert and ambassador for Biofunctionals; visit customers across EMEA, deliver product presentations, train and support sales teams and distributors, represent Ashland at trade shows, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cosmetic sciences or equivalent, 3–5 years in technical sales or related role in personal care, strong expertise in biological actives with a technical and commercial mindset, excellent communication/presentation skills, and willingness to travel 40–50%. Fluent in English; home-office based with 40-50% travel.
Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or related role in personal care
