Job Summary
Regional Technical Manager responsible for developing project collaborations and providing technical customer support in the Małopolska and Podkarpacie region. Duties include actively pursuing project investments, providing technical contributions to the sales team, coordinating with designers, investors and contractors on technical advisory, preparing project concepts and material lists, conducting technical consultations and on-site support, organizing technical and product trainings, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with sales, marketing, logistics and project-support teams to strengthen the company’s market position. Requires at least 4 years of experience in the water and heating industry, technical design/execution knowledge, strong relationship-building and presentation skills, and a B-class driver license; higher technical education in sanitary engineering or related field; proficiency with Instalsoft; Audytor is a plus. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland with an opportunity to contribute to international Flow Solutions projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the water installation and heating industry
- Practical knowledge of design and execution of water and heating installations
- Experience collaborating with designers and contractors and ability to build business relationships
- Ability to conduct presentations and trainings
- Driver's license category B
- Higher technical education in Sanitary Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of Instalsoft is a plus and Audytor will be an advantage
