Regional Technical CMC Partner leads the regional CMC voice across multiple assets and lifecycle stages, acting as the single regional accountability for CMC. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and technical authority to shape CMC decisions from clinical development through commercialization. Key activities include aligning regional regulations with global CMC strategy, maintaining a holistic cross-asset portfolio view, driving risk-based decision making, leading cross-functional teams (CMC, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Development), animating technical forums, sharing best practices, ensuring delivery against objectives and readiness for audits/inspections. Hybrid work model with 40% in the office. The role emphasizes ownership, high visibility, and strategic influence across assets and regions, and requires extensive CMC experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment and advanced scientific education. The organization is global, and the candidate should demonstrate the ability to operate across cultures and regions with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
