Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions
- Experience in O&G is plus
- Advanced English
- Experience and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
