Job Summary
Regional Talent Development Leader for the South Super Region is a high-visibility HR leadership role responsible for defining and executing an annual talent development roadmap aligned to regional and enterprise strategies. The role conducts needs analyses to identify capability gaps, partners with HR Leads to ensure regional and enterprise programs are aligned, shares regional insights to improve enterprise programs, and designs, delivers, and continuously improves learning experiences. The position oversees design, development, delivery, and ROI measurement of programs, develops organizational effectiveness tools, and leads change management initiatives. It requires partnering with regional leaders and COE teams, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across strategic and hands-on execution levels. The candidate will facilitate workshops, cohort programs, and experiential development opportunities; design measurement strategies using people analytics; and employ modern learning methodologies. Proficiency with Cornerstone LMS and tools like Articulate and Vyond is expected. Travel up to 25% is required. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in-office in multiple hub locations (Charlotte, Nashville, Orlando, Miami, Metairie).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness and change management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience balancing regional and enterprise priorities in a matrixed environment
- Proven ability to scale talent and leadership programs across regions
- Strong proficiency with data-driven decision making and learning analytics
- LMS experience (Cornerstone) and instructional design tools (Articulate, Vyond)
