Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison for branch personnel regarding deposit applications, operations, risk reviews, and exception tracking. Conduct quarterly cash audits, monthly risk checkpoints, and Quality Control reviews while executing remediation plans based on results. Review exception and teller over/short reports to develop resolution plans and assist in developing SOP bulletins, manuals, and job aids. Facilitate regional branch meetings, communicate routinely with Regional Banking Managers, and partner with Training to optimize performance. Conduct routine branch visits with up to 75% travel required, complete annual budget development, and participate in M&A activities and branch opening/closing events. Maintain knowledge of deposit systems and operational procedures while providing training to reinforce safety and soundness.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- At least two years of branch banking experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Multitasking ability
- Communication skills
- Customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Windows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in bank software programs
- No supervisory responsibilities
- Office environment with use of standard equipment
- Physical requirements include standing and typing
- Schedule flexibility for evenings/weekends
- Must be able to pass a background & credit check
- Full-time, exempt position
- Up to 75% travel required
