Job Summary
Regional Support Specialist (RSS) based in a Coldwell Banker branch in Saco, ME. Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices, troubleshoot office systems, assist with scheduling, and support agents with technology, processes, and operational questions. Deliver basic social media and marketing support for agents and manage office social media accounts on-demand. Facilitate onboarding and training on company tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge) and introduce affiliated partners. Act as Culture Carrier for the Branch and Region, supporting events, office promotions, and agent recognition. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, business plan development, coaching, and collaboration with Branch Manager. Manage office organization, facilities, IT coordination, inventory, and mail distribution. Requires ability to travel to additional regional offices as needed. Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office advantageous
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) required and understanding of how these platforms are used in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with various operating systems (PCs, Macs, Mobile platforms) and ability to navigate computer software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including agents, branch managers, customers, vendors, and internal support teams
- Customer-focused, delivery-oriented mindset, ability to multi-task
- Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
- Ability to travel to additional offices in the region on an as-needed basis
