Job Summary
Regional Support Specialist (RSS) based in Glastonbury, CT, supporting Coldwell Banker offices. Responsibilities include providing white-glove agent and client service, assisting with technology, operations, and onboarding; basic social media and marketing support for agents; coordinating with Agent Services teams; supporting branch leaders with meetings, culture, and promotional activities; aiding in recruitment and onboarding of new agents; office organization and IT/facilities coordination; and occasionally traveling to additional regional offices. Requires strong communication, tech-savviness, multi-tasking, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge is a plus; willingness to learn and support marketing efforts and agent development.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, with prior experience in a real estate office advantageous
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook/Instagram) required and understanding of how these platforms are used in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
- Proficiency with various operating systems (PCs, Macs, mobile platforms) and ability to navigate software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences (agents, branch managers, customers, vendors, internal support teams)
- Customer-focused, delivery-oriented mindset, and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
- Ability to travel to additional offices in the region as needed
