Job Summary
Regional Support Specialist based in Danbury, CT supporting Coldwell Banker agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include white-glove agent and client service in-office, technology and process support, basic social media/marketing assistance for agents, coordinating with Agent Services teams, onboarding and training on tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge), and assisting in branch culture, events, recognition, and recruitment activities. Also involved in office operations, facilities coordination, inventory management, and travel to additional regional offices. Must be organized, tech-savvy, collaborative, and able to multi-task; travel to other offices as needed.
