Job Summary
Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting offices, troubleshooting technology, processes, and operational questions. Manage on-demand social media accounts and support marketing through in-house tools. Coordinate across operational teams to direct agents on transaction issues and facilitate onboarding by conducting comprehensive office orientations and training on company platforms like MoxiWorks and Prospect Square. Serve as the culture carrier for the branch, driving events, promoting CB Cares, and preparing for sales meetings. Assist the Branch Manager with recruitment by pulling production reports, setting appointments, and supporting business plan development as an accountability partner. Greet visitors, maintain office inventory, and collaborate with facilities and IT partners to ensure workspace readiness. Requires two years of customer service experience, familiarity with social media marketing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with the use of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram)
- An understanding of how these platforms are used in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in various operating systems (i.e.- PCs, Macs, and Mobile platforms)
- The ability to navigate computer software
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including agents, branch managers, customers, vendors, and other internal support teams
- A customer-focused approach
- A delivery-oriented mindset
- The ability to multi-task
- Willingness to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
- Ability to travel to additional offices in the region on an as-needed basis
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Prior experience in a real estate office
