Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales at HomeTowne Studios (extended stay hotels). Recruit, hire, train and lead staff; coach and motivate employees; ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and company requirements; manage costs to meet budget and maintain proper stock levels; oversee daily, weekly and monthly administrative functions including scheduling, labor reporting, night audit verification, payroll and responding to guest reviews. Travel up to 75% and assist the GM with guest complaints and evictions. Focus on maintaining hotel quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and order; drive guest satisfaction and operational performance through effective leadership and P&L management.
