Job Summary

Regional Operations Support professional providing Level 1 client communications, intake and records management, and escalation to licensed professionals when appropriate. Responsibilities include sending reminder emails, verifying submission completeness, digitally filing records, coordinating among internal stakeholders, and coordinating with broker clients on renewals and urgent alerts using DocuSign and JotForm. Candidate will track insufficiencies, maintain tracker spreadsheets, verify required documentation, and ensure timely follow-up while adhering to SOPs. Requires strong written and verbal communication, high organization, experience in customer service (preferably in insurance support with logistics focus), and the ability to work hybrid from Schaumburg, IL. This role supports a new regional operations program and involves non-licensed client communications, escalation as needed, and collaboration with internal partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in professional customer service
