Job Summary
Receive and process customer orders promptly, input accurate data into the ERP system, and track information in work management software. Conduct regular inventory inspections to ensure accuracy and coordinate with warehouse teams to reconcile records. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Develop knowledge of products, services, and policies while building relationships with staff. Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
