Job Summary
Lead the regional supply planning function, balancing demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer service across manufacturing, tolling, and distribution networks. Drive adoption of planning best practices, enhance capabilities, and ensure operational resilience through integrated business planning and supply chain orchestration. Own regional processes, develop decision-ready scenarios, and manage trade-offs for service, cost, and revenue. Lead capacity, network, and supply allocation decisions while overseeing master scheduling, material requirements planning, and production governance. Manage inventory performance, working capital, and SLOB reduction initiatives. Champion planning governance, data quality, standardization, and technology adoption. Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and strengthen planning maturity.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of leadership experience within supply operations, supply planning, or a related supply chain environment
- Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced planning solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated expertise in integrated business planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and business acumen
Desired Qualifications
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification
- Lean Six Sigma qualifications
- Experience within the agricultural, crop protection, chemical, or manufacturing sectors
