Regional Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary
Manage customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure adequate product stock across all distribution channels. Perform daily calculations and analyses to track safety stock health, inventory data, and statistics, applying statistical forecasting and reorder point measures. Collaborate with customers and internal suppliers on service planning, while supervising supply chain operations throughout the replenishment cycle. Conduct business analysis to identify root causes and develop solutions for operational issues. This role supports FleetPride's network of over 450 locations and 110 service centers, requiring a Bachelor's degree and experience with Lean concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency with the ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel
- Understand Statistics
- Understand Data Analysis
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Communication, both Verbal and Written
- Strong Organization Skills
- Experience with Lean Concept
