Job Summary
Lead the regional demand, supply, and inventory planning team across EMEA manufacturing sites and distribution centers to optimize service levels, logistics costs, and capacity utilization. Drive the S&OP cycle, facilitate cross-functional decision-making forums, and continuously improve planning performance through root-cause analysis of variances. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues impacting organizational goals and develop team members for succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific discipline, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and/or Materials Management
