Job Summary
Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies for drilling, field operations, and equipment maintenance while driving AI-enabled forecasting and digital supply chain transformation. Manage strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across GCC, MENA, Europe, and Asia, overseeing field logistics to ensure availability of critical oilfield equipment and materials. Optimize inventory, warehousing, and spare parts availability using digital solutions to mitigate supply chain risks and enhance resilience across multi-country operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams while leading and developing supply chain teams. Requires 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics, with a minimum of 8 years in the Oil & Gas or Oilfield Services industry.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Oilfield Services industry
- Proven experience working across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait)
- Strong background in managing regional supply chain operations within drilling or oilfield services companies
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experience with digital supply chain platforms and automation
- Knowledge of inventory optimization and predictive maintenance models
- Familiarity with supply chain visualization and reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Oilfield Engineer or Field Operations Engineer
