Job Summary
Supervise instructors, students, and parents across multiple Fort Bend ISD school sites daily from 3:00 to 5:30. Manage schedules, handle staff call-outs, and evaluate teachers while transporting equipment between locations. Commit to the full school year (September–May) with availability for weekend training and summer session opportunities. This seasonal, part-time role supports Black Rocket's mission to ignite student talent through hands-on STEM and digital arts programs.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Fort Bend ISD, including multiple school sites in a day/ week
- Experience managing adults, preferably in an education setting
- Experience managing schedules or planning events
- Comfortable with a range of technology
- Reliable transportation to multiple sites within your region throughout the day and ability to transfer up to 30 lbs of equipment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of effective instructional practices
- Comfortable giving feedback to and evaluating teachers
- Able to commit to the whole school year
- Available to start training immediately
- Able to be on site from 3:00 - 5:30 daily
- Available to take calls from staff throughout the week as needed and manage call outs
- Available to commit to the whole school season (September - May)
- Available for one weekend face to face meeting
Desired Qualifications
- Completed or are working towards their supervisor or principal certification
- Background as a school supervisor, school administrator, teacher leader, or similar
- Classroom experience
- K-12 school experience
- Ability to transport equipment on occasion
