Job Summary
Regional Summer School TESOL for ENL/ELL students (Grades 9-12) in collaboration with content-area teachers. Modify lessons for ELL students in collaboration with content teachers. Work with teachers to understand the needs of ELL students. Collaborate with administration to create optimal student schedules. Provide necessary test accommodations for assessments. Collaborate with testing coordinator and home schools to identify interpreters for exams. Establish and maintain home contact with families with limited English-speaking ability. Perform other duties as assigned by the site principal.
Required Qualifications
- Educational: Appropriate New York State Teacher Certification required
