Regional Store Coordinator - Maputo

Job Summary
Oversee regional store inventory management across multiple retail centres, coordinating daily/weekly stock reconciliation and Out of Warranty stock transfers to the Central Warehouse; ensure FIFO and proper tagging, conduct regular audits, and publish audit reports within 24 hours. Act as liaison with warehouse teams for replenishments, manage field inventory and stock allocation to agents per policy, and train Retail Center Executives on Inventory Policies. Maintain compliance with company policies and health and safety standards; support cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, logistics, finance, fulfilment) and coordinate onboarding of assistants. Requires regular travel within the station region and proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in data research, inventory planning and management, auditing, monitoring and evaluation
- MS Excel and Google Sheets data research and presentation skills
- ability to work remotely under minimal supervision
- excellent verbal & written communication in English and Portuguese
- degree qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Auditing or related finance field
