Job Summary
Onboard, train, and manage Campaign Directors while implementing a field program to ensure goal-oriented metrics and quality control data are met. Visit office locations to maintain standards, audit petition storage, and verify tracker updates. Lead nightly calls, conduct weekly check-ins, and review nightly reports from subordinates. Manage schedules, approve terminations with supervisor consent, and assist with reimbursement, supply purchases, and securing office locations. Supervise 15 subordinate supervisors, handling hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution in accordance with organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience managing 15 subordinate supervisors
- Ability to interview, hire, and train employees
- Ability to plan, assign, and direct work
- Ability to appraise performance
- Ability to reward and discipline employees
- Ability to address complaints and resolve problems
- Ability to ensure office locations are maintained and presentable
- Ability to organize and audit petitions in storage units
- Ability to verify trackers and documents are updated and uploaded
- Ability to implement field programs
- Ability to manage CD schedules and time off
- Ability to lead nightly calls with Campaign Directors
- Ability to conduct weekly individual check-ins with Campaign Directors
- Ability to review nightly reports submitted by Campaign Directors
- Ability to terminate employees with supervisor approval
- Ability to research and secure office locations
- Ability to assist with Campaign Director duties as needed
- Ability to assist with reimbursement approval
