Job Summary
Traveling Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a part-time role providing services at two Colorado school locations. Collaborates with special education staff and related service providers to support students with identified speech and language needs, conducts evaluations, contributes to IEP evaluations/meetings, develops and monitors individualized goals aligned with IEPs, delivers specially designed instruction through various service models, documents service delivery and progress, consults with teachers and families to ensure carryover of communication strategies, maintains accurate records, and participates in multidisciplinary teams to support student access to instruction and academic success.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a master’s degree in speech language pathology - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Experience working with at-risk student populations
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric environment
- Familiarity with IEP development, special education compliance, and collaborative service delivery models
