Job Summary
Regional Specialist to support remote clinical visits across global studies by coordinating with investigator sites, research clinicians, and internal teams to ensure visits are planned, compliant, and timely. Responsibilities include onboarding sites and clinicians, scheduling visits and logistics, managing visit documentation and trackers, performing quality checks, delivering study-specific training, supporting regulatory compliance (GCP), and assisting with courier bookings and supply coordination. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and at least 2 years of experience in clinical research or visit coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to operate across teams and cultures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical research, visit coordination, or project support
- Understanding of clinical trial conduct and GCP principles
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
