Job Summary
Regional Solar Site Manager & Energy Storage III responsible for safe, reliable operation and profitability of solar and storage facilities. Lead maintenance and repair efforts, enforce OSHA-aligned safety practices, drive Lean Six Sigma projects, recruit and develop site teams, oversee safety/environmental and financial reporting, manage inverter availability, and collaborate with NextEra stakeholders to optimize planned and unplanned maintenance, improvement initiatives, and performance. Possess strong technical leadership, project coordination, budgeting, and cross-functional communication to ensure regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of experience required; relocation offered if applicable. Ability to manage multiple sites within the ROI East region and represent the company professionally in the community.
