Job Summary
Support local Services Engineers on strategic customer engagements and provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise. Lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments, and proof-of-concept activities while supporting large-scale implementations and customer transformation initiatives. Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies, and best practices, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges. This role reports to the Global Services Director, requiring strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments. Fluent English and cross-functional team experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments
- Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Solution design, architecture and implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Ability to support complex enterprise environments and transformation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly
- Proven ability to work across multiple countries and cross-functional teams in a regional environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and customer focus
- Ability to develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
