Regional Service Sales Manager - Southeast Region

Job Summary
Lead regional service sales for the Southeast region by driving service-solution opportunities, expanding service agreements, and guiding a regional service sales team. Develop account plans, identify upgrades/retrofits, conduct customer visits and sales calls, and prepare service proposals and tenders in collaboration with internal teams. Utilize Salesforce, PowerBI, and ServIS to manage pipelines and data; represent service solutions at industry events and customer meetings; ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines while growing Hitachi Energy’s service footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems/solutions; OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR Associate degree with 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Experience working with electric substation equipment such as transformers, switchgear, or circuit breakers.
- Background in technical sales or customer-facing roles presenting power system solutions.
- Experience leading or supporting a service sales team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer engagement and regional coverage.
