Job Summary
Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations across multiple properties in Pensacola, FL. Responsible for supervising the service staff, managing budgets and resources, coordinating maintenance programs, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations. Role includes site visits, quarterly meetings, training, and leadership to maximize productivity and efficiency. Must coordinate with construction and regional teams, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage preventative maintenance programs; requires strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; College preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property management
- Must be HVAC certified
- CO (certification/competency) knowledge or certification in related area
- Proficient with content management software and property management software
- Ability to read and interpret building codes and regulations (ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA)
- EPA regulations and OSHA requirements for property management
