Job Summary
Oversee, lead, and mentor Mobile Technicians in a designated region to drive productivity, growth, and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate regular meetings to engage and energize the team while providing daily supervision to individuals and management. Market business operations, prospect for new accounts in developing markets, and collaborate with existing customers to resolve urgent issues. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for heavy equipment and rental trucks, utilizing strong Excel and data entry skills to support continuous process improvement. Act with high urgency and work autonomously with limited supervision. Requires 3+ years in management and sales, 50% travel, and a valid driver's license. Salary $65k-$85k plus bonuses and commissions.
Required Qualifications
- 50 % travel within designated region
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a management or leadership role
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience Sales
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 yrs. of age
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Experience or knowledge of Diesel and Medium to Heavy-duty vehicle repair or equivalent combination of technical education/certifications/skills/ experiences
- Knowledge of industry or mechanically inclined
- Service knowledge for heavy equipment, rental equipment, and rental trucks
- Ability to prospect for new accounts in an organized manner
- Ability to act with a high sense of urgency
- Collaborate with existing customers, especially customers with urgent issues, to provide solutions that meet customer requirements
- Demonstrate skill and interest in continuous improvement of processes
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
