Regional Service Delivery Coordinator Part Time 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Support the Staples Third Party Management Team by acting as a central communication point for internal functional areas and external customers. Provide superior customer service by researching and resolving delivery issues, including pickups, deliveries, and urgent logs. Troubleshoot problems, provide consultation, and document processes to ensure timely resolution of all customer concerns. Monitor and maintain shortage and damage reports throughout the day, calling customers as needed. Work the 3:30pm-9:30pm Monday-Friday shift in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations, utilizing Windows and Microsoft tools to manage daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ years of basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
- Ability to work on a computer using Windows including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and ability to learn/understand WMS systems
- Ability to adopt our safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- Highly motivated with an aptitude to learn new projects, processes and procedures
- A focus on client satisfaction and time management
- As a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma /GED or equivalent work experience
