Regional Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate complex service projects and service activities to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining acceptable margins. Train customers on CSZ equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and controller/test profiles; liaise with internal service technicians to resolve equipment issues; use math and Excel for chamber modifications, upgrades, and repairs; open/close/ship production, repair, and customer orders; support technical phone inquiries; process warranty/SRV/IND paperwork; maintain organized storage areas; assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation; enter warranty/SRV data into CRM; schedule service calls with internal technicians or ISOs; provide quotations for installations/modifications/repairs; assist in planning customer/ISO training seminars; enter customer communications into tracking systems and report findings; create and maintain RMAs and NCM processes with Quality.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-5 years’ experience
- Proven leadership, coaching, business and relationship management experience
- Ability to interact with customers and contractors with courteous professionalism
- Ability to field service calls and troubleshoot
- Knowledge of MRP as it affects service parts requirements and production
- Proficient with Visual Manufacturing, CRM, MS Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multinational environment
