Job Summary
Conduct periodic process audits across service and parts departments to ensure compliance with service process standards and drive KAIZEN activities for continuous improvement. Travel to assigned dealerships to coach teams on defined service processes, provide orientation to new joiners, and lead refresher training sessions on service excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service experience and dealer operational efficiency while supporting digital adoption initiatives and ensuring accurate data entry in the dealership management system. Create, maintain, and present operational and performance reports for section head review, perform root-cause analysis using PDCA methodology, and monitor countermeasures for audit observations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in engineering (Mechanical or Automobile)
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
