Job Summary
Regional Service Associate combines the duties of a Customer Service Representative (sales on the platform) and Teller (transactions at the teller line) to support a designated Region by traveling to multiple branch locations. Responsibilities include opens deposit accounts, processes loan applications for mortgage, consumer, and small business lending, closes loans as applicable, handles ATM/ITM/TCR/ICOM transactions, processes deposits, checks, and monetary instruments, makes referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners, proactively engages high-value customers by phone and in person to grow the portfolio, ensures operational compliance with bank policies, and maintains daily account maintenance. The role requires spending time between account representative duties and teller duties, with travel to various branches within the region; it also emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing self-starter with strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and learn products/services
