Job Summary
Lead QAQC, electrical commissioning, and Energy Marshal teams across multiple projects, ensuring execution aligns with quality standards and governance for owners, general contractors, and clients. Develop readiness plans including inspection and test plans, checklists, and turnover documentation while overseeing quality control for medium voltage, switchgear, power distribution, and life safety systems. Collaborate with project management, engineers, manufacturers, and commissioning agents to define requirements and support phases from pre-functional inspections to final acceptance. Conduct audits, drive root cause analysis for quality issues, and provide training to project and maintenance personnel. Own key performance metrics and subcontractor scopes to ensure alignment with contract and client expectations.

- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Submittals
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Quality Standards & Plans
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Request for Information
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to National Electrical Code
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to NFPA, NETA, IEEE, UL Codes
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Commissioning Plans
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Load Bank Layouts
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Project Schedule
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Method of Procedures & Change Management Plans
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to First of Kind Inspections
- Proficiency in writing, reading, interpreting, and adhering to Quality Bulletins and Templates
- Thorough understanding of levels of commissioning and required documentation
- Process based work structure experience and ability to think critically
- Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70E standards and requirements
- Experience and understanding of electrical installations, switchgear, and preventive maintenance in operational spaces
- Extensive experience in reading and interpreting project specifications, QAQC controls, and commissioning initiatives
- Experience training project teams on quality requirements and execution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in QAQC in critical infrastructure spaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Field management experience in electrical contracting and maintenance
- Understanding electrical installations
- Experience with cross-discipline critical facility systems and operational experience
- A good understanding of how to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 510 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first year
