Job Summary
Regional Senior Manager, Vendor Growth leads the Vendor Growth Commercial team across APAC and EU markets, driving vendor monetization, growth of the subscription program, and high-priority lead development. Owns cross-functional projects end-to-end, partners with regional/global stakeholders, and operationalizes commercial performance at scale by embedding strategy into systems, routines, and decisions. Builds automated lead lists, develops vendor prioritization and ROI models, collaborates with Regional Commercial, Product, and Analytics teams, and adapts models to country-specific needs. Oversees growth of customer subscription benefits, delivers data-guided presentations to align operational teams and senior leadership, and coordinates with country leaders to scale initiatives. Requires 8+ years in strategic planning/project management/consulting in e-commerce/food delivery or similar, with a track record of success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, international environments. Hybrid work arrangement in Taguig, Philippines (NCR).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management roles and/or consulting, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or other consumer internet industries
- Proven success and business outcomes in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startups or tech environments, preferably in an international setup
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail; capable of breaking down complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and country leaders regionally and globally
- Self-starter mindset and bias for action, with a passion for building and establishing processes in a newly formed team
