Job Summary
Oversee General Ledger operations by managing month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, revaluations, and fixed asset accounting. Ensure accuracy and compliance in GL, IC, royalty accruals, VAT, Intrastat, IFRS 16 lease postings, and statutory reporting while monitoring data quality and driving continuous improvement. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and facilitating reviews, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders to act as a key contact for Finance and non-Finance teams. Drive process improvements, contribute to system transitions, and prepare ad hoc reports to support issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields
- 4+ years' of experience in accounting
- 4+ years' of experience in transitions & standardizations & improvements of finance processes
- 4+ years' of experience in audit activities
- Good knowledge of SAP FI system
- Advanced Excel
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Extensive experience with presentations skills

- based in our Poznań office
- Permanent contract after the probation period
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of SAP FI system (will be an asset)
