Job Summary
Regional Senior Accountant (GAAP-focused) supporting multi-entity consolidations within AIR Control Concepts' regional structure. Responsible for general ledger integrity, month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, commission accruals, regional financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. Role emphasizes process improvement, ERP data integrity (Oracle/NetSuite), and collaboration with RAM, RFC, and cross-functional teams to drive accurate financial analysis and timely close.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility a plus
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity, high-growth, or complex organization
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated success in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
