Job Summary
Own and drive the regional segment strategy across North Asia; partner with sales, technical, and business teams to identify and capture growth opportunities; ensure localization and execution of global initiatives; manage regional product portfolio and oversee the NPI process; conduct market research and collect competitive intelligence; identify commercial opportunities with regional sales and drive key accounts’ specifications and new business leads; collaborate with key account managers to develop business at the customers’ corporate level/governments’ agencies; participate in IBP monthly PMR updates; ensure compliance with HSE standards and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing & business development
- Analytical mind with good financial acumen
