Regional Scheduling Team Leader

Job Summary
Regional Scheduling Team Leader role focused on coordinating scheduling across a region to ensure right people are in the right place at the right time. You will act as the central liaison between regional operations, management, clients, and field technicians, manage regional resource allocation and holiday/sickness coverage, create and adjust schedules using in-house planning software, optimise engineer routes to reduce mileage and maximize on-site productive time, and handle urgent reactive/reactive works while maintaining data integrity and compliance with client SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior scheduler, planner, or logistics coordinator in a fast-paced, field-based service environment
- Strong experience with in-house planning software, workforce management systems, or automated routing tools
- Advanced organisational and time-management skills
- High levels of commercial awareness and ability to optimise field itineraries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail and data accuracy
